LEADING AND NETWORKING

Level 3 objective and scheme

Level 3, leading and networking, was designed to cover the main objectives Partnerships Identify
outlined in the BRIDGES Employer Engagement Framework. It includes a total of with relevant pathways for
three learning units:
expertise VET employer
Unit 1 – Form partnerships between employers, regulators and educators with
relevant expertise

Unit 2 – New or revised learning and qualifications are fit for industry/sector
purpose

Unit 3 – Produce programmes and initiatives to improve VET in a national
framework Understand the Involve VET
needs of the partners with

Each learning unit comprises a specific activity covering the learning objectives employer employer input
listed for level 2 professional standards.

The total of learning hours to complete each learning unit is approximately 5
hours.
