Module objective and scheme
Level 1, Building Educational Capacity, was designed to cover the Assess own
objectives outlined in the BRIDGES Employer Engagement Plan for a TNA TNA
Framework. Level 1 includes a total of three learning units: procedures
Unit 1 – Training needs analysis for the workforce
Unit 2 – Customised training plans
Unit 3 – Learning how to teach
