O2: BRIDGES CPD Programme – a blended training for VET professionals, offering a flexible curriculum adaptable to different countries and contexts

The BRIDGES CPD programme e-learning platform was designed based on the FLEX model and allows VET professional to follow a personalised blended learning training for VET professionals.

e-learning platform offers a flexible curriculum adaptable to different countries and contexts, which outlines what constitutes principled practice in employer engagement and offers innovative approaches and hands-on methodologies and assessment criteria.

Its external validation and piloting trials engaged a total of 80 VET professionals from across Europe.

Those taking the course can move from one activity to another according to their needs. For that purpose, each learning unit within each level concludes with a self-analysis exercise. Such tools allow the learner to decide which path to take in in the following units.

All activities can be implemented both online and offline. The learning can be self-taught or used as part of a structured session.
